Our human relationship with the earth is not only political, and economic; it is first of all, and most profoundly, a spiritual bond. And God has given us all the spiritual power we need to amplify the earth’s distress signal.

What can we do? Hear. Pray. Speak. Act. Learn. Write. Vote. Love. As Henri Nouwen has written, “God calls everyone who is listening.”

We are the ones who are here at this time when the earth is in perilous change. We are the ones who are here at this time. We are the ones who are here. We are the ones.
